For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed from toiletries to coffee and toast. The location was perfect, with easy access to KLIA/KLIA2 and a peaceful local neighborhood. The staff, especially Mr. Joseph Chin and Ms. Jessy, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

Great value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the hostel's location was conveniently close to the airport, making it an ideal choice for a stopover. I also appreciated the reliable WiFi and the option of a low air conditioning setting. there were dining options and convenience stores within walking distance.
One minor downside was the limited bathroom facilities, with only one toilet and shower in each room.

We had a great stay at Moon Eleven! the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with 2 small kids. It was also great to have free coffee, tea, and drinking water available. the location was convenient, with a train station just a 10-minute walk away. We felt safe and enjoyed the nice and relaxing atmosphere of the house and surroundings.
We felt happy with our stay and had no reason to complain.

We had a great stay at Moon Eleven Hostel Near Klia & Klia2! The owner, Jessie, made us feel at home and provided us with excellent information about the area. The hostel was meticulously clean and organized, and the free amenities like water, tea, and toast were a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train for exploring Kuala Lumpur or getting to the airport. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
